Sales Representative

Overview

The Sales Representative is an integral part of our customer experience.  This is a great opportunity for an energetic, organized self-starter with sales and customer service experience to join a fun, dynamic and growing company.

What are we looking for?

• Thorough knowledge of internet technologies and the web industry
• Minimum of 3 years successful sales experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, truly customer oriented
• A team player who is a self-starter and possesses the motivation to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines and exceed expectations

Responsibilities

• Prospect sales, prepare proposals, perform online product presentations & close new business
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Making outbound calls to warm sales leads as well as some cold-calling as needed
• Relationship development
• Client expectation management
• Requirements harvesting and definition
• Proposal creation and presentation
• Participate in networking-related groups and events

• Meet (or exceed) assigned monthly sales goal
• Development of new business as well as expanding business with existing customers
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Webexcellence's products and services by effectively using this knowledge to compete and sell within the marketplace

Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions, which depend on knowledge and experience.  In addition, we will provide an expense account for travel and meals. We also have a comprehensive benefits program including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance.

.NET Developer

Overview

We are looking for self-motivated, team-oriented individuals with strong technical organizational skills who desire the opportunity to expand their technical knowledge and advance their career. All applicants MUST be well acquainted with how TCP/IP, HTTP and the Internet work.

Candidate is expected to work through every aspect of developing an ASP.NET application for an enterprise using C# as the programming language. An ideal candidate will be expected to design applications using OOAD techniques and enhance the applications for optimal performance. Background in core presentation skills including HTML and JScript is assumed. Knowledge of XML and Web Services will be a great plus.

Primary Skills include

• 2+ years of hands-on professional application development experience using Microsoft technologies that are specific to .NET framework: ASP.NET, Visual Studio.NET, SQL Server and C#.
• stored procedures
• ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
• experience working in a source controlled environment

Ability to work in a team environment and motivation to learn new technologies is paramount!
