The Challenge
Storage Solutions came to Webexcellence with the goal of keeping themselves in front of existing and potential customers. They needed to provide their customers with a unique tool to access their ever-growing inventory and provide the means to shop online. In addition to online sales, Storage Solutions turned to Webexcellence to help them capture valuable site traffic information.
The Solution
Webexcellence designed a distinct home page which is intended to drive users to specific sections of the Storage Solutions web site in order to generate online sales. A logical and efficient shopping process was created to ensure and minimize end-user confusion and frustration often found on ecommerce web sites.
As well as a strong design presence and a customized online shopping experience, Webexcellence provided Storage Solutions with the capability to track and monitor users’ traffic and capture important data from potential clients.
