The Challenge
Kahn’s Katering returned to Webexcellence to create an ordering system that would keep them ahead of their competition while enhancing the customer experience. The challenge was to create a site that was both accessible and user-friendly because of the large audience it serves. In addition to an easy to use interface, Kahn’s wished to provide their customers with an efficient and secure way to make payments.
The Solution
Kahn’s worked closely with the Webexcellence team to develop a custom online ordering system. A crisp and clean design was the keystone to build a user-friendly environment for the customer to be able to swiftly navigate.
Webexcellence integrated a required login and a custom ecommerce solution including an updatable shopping cart and checkout. To avoid confusion and user error, a descriptive "How To" tutorial was created as a reference to aid new users in their ordering experience.
